       As NATADAN LIMITED employs professional translators, we can prepare certified translation of your documents or issue them in your language. Notary certificate is usually issued in two languages: English and the language of your country (the country where it will be presented).
    The Power of Attorney is one of the most requested documents. Power of Attorney could be General or Special, could be issued by one or more individuals and give authority to one or more representatives. It also could be issued by a company and signed by its director or authorized officer. The Power of Attorney does not require registration, except the Lasting Power of Attorney. The notary public seal/stamp and signature is sufficient. For use abroad it also has to be apostilled or legalized by the Embassy as explained in the section APOSTILLE & EMBASSY LEGALISATION.
